Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Pilates & Prosecco (“P&P”), we curate intentional, elevated wellness experiences and thoughtfully selected products. Because many of our offerings require advance planning, venue coordination, and limited-capacity bookings, the following policy outlines our refund and cancellation terms.

By purchasing from P&P or registering for an event, you agree to this policy.

1. Pop-Up Classes

Our Pilates experiences, pop-ups, workshops, and curated wellness events are intentionally intimate and capacity-controlled.

Cancellations by You

  • Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event may be eligible for a credit toward a future P&P event (non-refundable).
  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • No-shows are non-refundable.

Credits (if issued) must be used within 90 days unless otherwise stated.

Transfers

You may transfer your ticket to another guest by notifying us in writing at least 14 days before the event.

2. Retreat Experiences

Due to venue contracts, accommodations, and advance planning:

  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • If cancellation occurs 60 days or more before the retreat, payments (excluding deposit) may be converted to a credit.
  • Cancellations made less than 60 days prior are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for retreat bookings.

3. Physical Products (Shop Purchases)

We accept returns on eligible physical items under the following conditions:

  • Return request must be made within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Sale items
  • Candles
  • Yoga mats
  • Gift cards
  • Opened wellness or self-care products (for hygiene reasons)

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:

We will arrange an exchange or refund where appropriate.

5. Event Cancellation by P&P

In the rare case that P&P must cancel or reschedule an event due to unforeseen circumstances:

  • You will receive the option of a full refund or credit.
  • P&P is not responsible for additional costs incurred.

6. Force Majeure

P&P shall not be held liable for cancellations or delays due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, venue closures, or public health emergencies.
