P&P is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation, except where prohibited by law.
Participants are encouraged to consult with a healthcare provider before beginning any new wellness or movement program.
5. Payments & Billing
All prices are listed in USD Currency unless otherwise stated.
By providing payment information, you represent that:
- You are authorized to use the payment method
- The billing information provided is accurate
Payments are processed through secure third-party providers. We do not store full payment details on our servers.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders resulting from such errors.
6. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refund eligibility for products, events, or services will be governed by our separate Refund Policy.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Event registrations may be non-refundable
- Digital products are final sale
- Shop purchases may be subject to return conditions

By attending a P&P event, you acknowledge and agree that:

- You grant P&P a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your likeness for lawful business purposes.
If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, you must notify us in writing at events@pilatesandprosecco.co prior to the event and inform a team member upon arrival.
P&P will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests but cannot guarantee exclusion from all background media capture.
11. Code of Conduct
P&P is committed to cultivating safe, respectful, and elevated experiences.
By attending our events or participating in our services, you agree to:
- Treat all guests, instructors, staff, and partners with respect.
- Refrain from harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or disruptive behaviour.
- Consume alcohol responsibly where served.
- Follow all safety instructions provided by instructors or event staff.
P&P reserves the right to remove any guest from an event without refund if their behaviour is deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or disruptive to the experience of others.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, P&P shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, or data
- Personal injury arising from participation in events or use of products
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service in question.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless P&P, its owners, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the website or participation in services.
